Training & completion cards

Completion cards are issued after successful completion of required course skills and assessments. Card delivery timing may vary (same day or within 72 hours depending on processing).

No refunds

All sales are final. No refunds.

Locations

Public sessions may be held in libraries, office spaces, or rented venues. The exact address is confirmed after booking.
