No refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. By booking and/or purchasing, you agree to this policy.

Rescheduling

If you need to change your class date/time, email support as soon as possible. Rescheduling options depend on seat availability and scheduling constraints. No-shows and late arrivals may forfeit the booking.

Arrival & participation

Arrive 10 minutes early.
Hands-on participation is required and may include kneeling/floor work.
Wear comfortable clothing.
Failure to participate or meet course requirements may result in non-issuance of a completion card.

Capacity

Public sessions are limited to 9 participants per session.

Locations

Public classes are held in libraries, office spaces, or rented venues. The exact address is confirmed after booking.

Service area: a 75-mile radius across Southeast Missouri.

Payments

Individuals: book first, then pay.
Companies/groups: payment is required before the class date.
